▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene /silver nanowire three-dimensional porous sponge composition material comprises e.g. (i) adding silver nanowires into aqueous solution, adding amino terminated hyper branched polymer, stirring, washing and drying; (ii) cleaning sponge, cutting into squares, immersing in sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution and drying; and (iii) adding amino terminated hyper branched polymer into prepared aqueous solution, immersing sponge, drying to form layer of graphene oxide silver nanowires on the surface of the sponge, carrying out reduction, washing, filtering and drying. USE - The composition material is useful for flexible electronic devices, pressure sensors and energy storage devices. ADVANTAGE - The material applies commercial sponge as a template to guide the three-dimensional macroscopic self-assembly of the silver nanowires and the graphene to prepare the three-dimensional macroscopic nano structured unit assembly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene /silver nanowire three-dimensional porous sponge composition material comprises (i) adding silver nanowires into 1-10 g/liter aqueous solution, adding 1-10 g/liter amino terminated hyper branched polymer, stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, washing repeatedly with deionized water and ethanol and drying to obtain terminal amino hyper branched polymer modified silver nanowires; (ii) cleaning sponge, cutting into squares, immersing in 1 wt.% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution for 24 hours, where bath ratio is 1:10, removing and drying under vacuum drying; and (iii) adding amino terminated hyper branched polymer into prepared 1-10 g/liter aqueous solution subsequently, immersing sponge in an aqueous solution of amino terminated hyper branched polymer modified silver nanowires at 80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes at ratio 1:10, washing repeatedly with deionized water, drying, immersing sponge in1-10g/liter graphene oxide aqueous solution at 80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, where bath ratio is 1:10, removing, washing with deionized water repeatedly, drying to form layer of graphene oxide silver nanowires on the surface of the sponge, sequentially repeating the above operations for 0-9 times in amino terminated hyper branched polymer modified silver nanowires and the graphene oxide solution, placing in a reducing agent for carrying out reduction, washing, filtering using suction filtration and drying under vacuum. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene /silver nanowire three-dimensional porous sponge composition material, prepared as mentioned above.
