NOVELTY - Graphene-block copolymer modified polyurethane amphoteric paint comprises 1-4 pts. wt. carboxy functionalized graphene, 22-40 pts. wt. acrylamide-styrene block copolymer, 17-22 pts. wt. polycarbonate 1,6-hexanediol ester diol, 20-24 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-1 pts. wt. blocking agent, 1-3 pts. wt. initiator, 5-7 pts. wt. polymer monomer, 15-18 pts. wt. chain extender. The preparation method comprises and following experimental medicine: 98% glacial acetic acid, oxalic acid, distilled water, methylene chloride, styrene, sodium dodecyl sulfate, potassium persulfate, acrylamide, absolute ethyl alcohol, methyl methacrylate, triethylamine. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-block copolymer modified polyurethane amphoteric paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high chemical energy. The method utilizes block copolymer and hydrophilic carboxy groups on the graphene, which has synergistic effect and enhances the amphiphilic oleophilic and hydrophilic polyurethane coating, enhances heat resistance and chemical stability of the polyurethane coating, absorbs deformation produced in the process, which increases the stiffness and bending strength of the polyurethane coating and improves the glass transition temperature of polyurethane.
