▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing carbon structures containing graphene on copper powders or on the surface of spatially formed metal elements, preferably copper or its alloys, comprises heating up a solid, porous material containing grains of copper powder or its alloy powder containing greater than 80% of copper and the size of grains before gluing is 1 nm to 1 mm and grains of chemically inert powder with a grain size of 10 nm to 0.5 mm is subjected to curing, where the annealing is carried out in a sealed retort at a temperature of greater than or equal to 750 degrees C. USE - The method is useful for producing carbon structures containing graphene on copper powders or on the surface of spatially formed metal elements, preferably copper or its alloys. ADVANTAGE - The method produces carbon structures containing graphene on the surface of spatially formed metal elements, preferably copper or its alloys which does not use vibrofluidative treatment.
