▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-performance nitrogen-doped graphene, comprises placing graphite powder in liquid helium, and placing at 100℃ until the liquid helium is completely vaporized, repeating at least three times, and using high-temperature helium gas flow to grind and peel off the graphite powder for 1-5 hours to obtain thin-layer graphene, adding dispersant and thin-layer graphene successively into organic solvent, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion liquid, where the mass ratio of thin-layer graphene and dispersant is (0.1-3): 1, subjecting the mixed solution of the graphene oxide dispersion and the nitrogen source to stirring or ultrasonic operation, and heat-treating by adding cyanuric chloride. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-performance nitrogen-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high performance nitrogen-doped graphite that has high purity and good conductive and heat-conducting performance.
