NOVELTY - Solar panel coating comprises silicon acrylic emulsion, sulfonated graphene, aluminum oxide/copper nanocomposite powder, yttrium stabilized zirconia powder, silicon carbide powder, ultrafine iron powder, silica sol, deionized water, leveling agent, wetting agent, chlorinated rubber, vinyl chloride resin, melamine, glycol ether, flame retardant, and plasticizer. The solid powder and liquid raw material are ground in mill at room temperature for 90-120 minutes to uniformly mix to obtain the solar panel coating. USE - Solar panel coating. ADVANTAGE - The solar panel coating has good endothermic and fireproof properties and addition of aluminum oxide/copper nanocomposite powder improves the abrasion resistance and hardness of the final solar panel coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aluminum oxide/copper nano-composite powder, which involves: (A) using copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate and aluminum ammonium sulfate dodecahydrate as raw materials to obtain the reaction mother liquor; (B) adding reaction mother liquor with ammonium bicarbonate as a precipitating agent, where concentration of the mother liquor of the reaction is 0.160 mol/L, the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate is 0.76 mol/L, and the pH is neutral, reaction temperature is 25 degrees C; and (C) aging, separating, washing, drying, calcining and reducing precursors to obtain aluminum oxide/copper nanocomposite powder.
