NOVELTY - An environment-friendly mineral fireproof cable material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 20-30 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 30-50 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 30-50 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 10-15 pts. wt. adhesive, 6-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant, 2-3 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.5-1 pts. wt. calcium-zinc stabilizer, where the plasticizer is a mixture of graphene and polyurethane, the graphene is acidified and modified graphene, the mass ratio of the magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide is 1:1, the calcium-zinc stabilizer is a calcium-zinc stabilizer containing organic nitrogen, and the organic nitrogen is 2,5-diphenyl. USE - As environment-friendly mineral fireproof cable material. ADVANTAGE - The environment-friendly mineral fireproof cable material can not cause fire under the limit state of 1000℃, even after a fire occurs, if the temperature of the fire is lower than the melting point of copper, the cable can continue to be used after the fire is extinguished without replacement, which saves replacement costs.
