NOVELTY - Producing graphene, comprises (a) heating a metal wire located on upper surface of a substrate into a chamber to form gaseous metal catalyst, (b) injecting a carbon source gas into the chamber, (c) heating a first portion of the substrate using the heated metal wire, and forming a pinned layer on the first portion, (d) heating a second portion of an other substrate with the first portion by moving the metal wire, and forming a pinned layer on the second portion. USE - The graphene is useful for producing pinned layer (claimed) for semiconductor, display and solar cell substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene can be applied conveniently on required substrate for electronic element or transparent electrode. The method improves quality and physical property of graphene, and is economical.
