NOVELTY - The film has a graphene layer provided with a defect region including a structural defect. An organic material blocking film is formed on the graphene layer. The organic material blocking film contains an organic material molecule containing an alkyl chain. The graphene layer and the organic material blocking layer are bonded to Van der Waals so that the organic material blocking layer heals the structural defect. The organic material blocking layer is self-assembled by van der Waals bonding between the alkyl chains of the organic material molecules. The organic material blocking layer physically blocks the defective area to heal structural defects. USE - Composite barrier film for use in gas barrier film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The barrier film is provided with excellent gas barrier properties by physically blocking defects of nano-sized size existing in graphene including an organic material blocking layer. The adhesion between graphenes in the laminated structure is improved, and the blocking film performance of the composite barrier film is improved.
