NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/aluminum composite monofilament for cable, involves taking graphene powder and nano aluminum powder, preparing graphene dispersion and nano aluminum powder dispersion by using ethanol as solvent in electromagnetic stirring condition and ultrasonic environment. The nano aluminum powder dispersion and graphene dispersion are mixed, mixed dispersion is dried to obtain mixture of nano aluminum powder and graphene, and dried mixture powder is compressed by tableting machine, body pressure to make multiple of nano aluminum powder-graphene preforms. The pure aluminum is placed into induction furnace. The aluminum melt temperature reaches 750 degrees C. The nano-aluminum powder-graphene preform is pressed into aluminum melt by graphite cover and kept for 15-20 minutes to obtain graphene/aluminum melt, then cool graphene/aluminum melt to 710 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene/aluminum composite monofilament for cable. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/aluminum composite monofilament that solves problem that graphene/aluminium composite material performance reducing caused by agglomeration graphene.
