NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene modified ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber comprises crude rubber i.e. ethylene propylene diene monomer, anti-aging agent: poly(1,2-dihydro-2,2,4-trimethyl-quinoline, active agent and magnesium oxide, acid absorbing agent: 20-45 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, reinforcing agent: 0-50 pts. wt. N330, 30-100 pts. wt. N550, 20-50 pts. wt. plasticizer N76, 10-100 pts. wt. paraffin oil, auxiliary agent: 0-10 pts. wt. sequestering agent (SA), flow auxiliary agent: 0-6 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol (PEG), modified auxiliary agent: 0-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, cross-linking agent: 0-15 pts. wt. N-5-(diaminomethylene)-N-2-(diphenylacetyl)-N-(4-hydroxybenzyl)-D-ornithinamide (BIBP) and auxiliary cross-linking agent: 0-5 pts. wt. triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC). USE - The oxidized graphene modified ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber is useful for cooling system rubber tube of electric automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber: has conductivity, heat conducting performance, temperature resistance, high strength, dynamic property, and reduces the taste of the gross rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the oxidized graphene modified EPDM rubber, comprising (a) plasticizing the EPDM at 40-60℃ for 2-6 minutes in the internal mixer; (b) adding oxide graphene magnesium oxide, SA, PEG, TMQ and half of reinforcing agent, mixing half of the paraffin oil to 80-90℃, then adding the remaining reinforcing agent and paraffin oil, mixing to 100-130℃, discharging rubber to open mill; (c) adjusting the roller distance to the lowest, fast thin-pass cooling, filtering by the filter, the second open mill for guiding rubber roller guide glue for 2-5 minutes, then discharging and cooling, parking for 4-8 hours; (d) heating the first section of glue to 80-100℃, then adding the remaining small material to the mixer, mixing to 100-120℃, discharging glue to the open mill; and (e) adjusting the roller distance to the lowest, fast thin-pass cooling to the second open mill mixing for 3-5 minutes, taking out, cooling, and extruding.
