NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene smart health underwear, comprises: e.g. (a) adding a graphite powder having a composition ratio of 1:18-22 to concentrated sulfuric acid (where the concentration of the concentrated sulfuric acid is greater than or equal to 98%) to obtain a graphene concentrated sulfuric acid solution, and stirring the obtained solution for 10-15 minutes, and allowing to stand for 40-60 minutes; (b) adding graphene concentrated sulfuric acid solution to 100-140 parts of concentrated phosphoric acid (where the concentrated phosphoric acid concentration is greater than 85%), then stirring for 6-10 minutes, and letting stand for 40-60 minutes, cooling the obtained solution to 4-8 degrees C, adding 2.5-3.5 parts potassium permanganate and 2.5-3.5 parts potassium dichromate, stirring for 6-10 minutes, and letting the solution to stand for 4-6 hours; and (c) heating the obtained solution to 30-35 degrees C, adding 45-55 parts deionized water, and then heating to 88-92 degrees C, and allowing the solution to stand for 2-4 hours. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene smart health underwear. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the underwear, which: exhibits improved antibacterial properties, anti-UV properties and far-infrared properties, and excellent thermal and bacteriostasis properties; speeds up the body's blood circulation and increases skin surface temperature; and does not damage even after repeated washing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing graphene smart health underwear, comprises: (a) adding a graphite powder having a composition ratio of 1:18-22 to concentrated sulfuric acid (where the concentration of the concentrated sulfuric acid is greater than or equal to 98%) to obtain a graphene concentrated sulfuric acid solution, and stirring the obtained solution for 10-15 minutes, and allowing to stand for 40-60 minutes; (b) adding graphene concentrated sulfuric acid solution to 100-140 parts of concentrated phosphoric acid (where the concentrated phosphoric acid concentration is greater than 85%), then stirring for 6-10 minutes, and letting stand for 40-60 minutes, cooling the obtained solution to 4-8 degrees C, adding 2.5-3.5 parts potassium permanganate and 2.5-3.5 parts potassium dichromate, stirring for 6-10 minutes, and letting the solution to stand for 4-6 hours; (c) heating the obtained solution to 30-35 degrees C, adding 45-55 parts deionized water, and then heating to 88-92 degrees C, allowing the solution to stand for 2-4 hours, and then cooling to 30 degrees C, adding 5-10 parts hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 6-10 minutes, and letting to stand for 1.2-1.6 hours; (d) ultrasonically dispersing the solution obtained in the step (c) for 1.5-2 hours to obtain a modified graphene solution; (e) adding a dispersing agent to the modified graphene solution, and dispersing the mixture to obtain a modified graphene suspension, where a weight ratio of the modified graphene solution to the dispersing agent is 1:5-10, and the speed of the mixer is 1500-2500 rpm; (f) degumming 40-60 parts silk fiber, dissolving, dialyzing, purifying and filtering to obtain a pure silk fibroin solution, placing the pure silk fibroin solution in a container and naturally drying at room temperature to form regenerated silk fibroin film, and regenerating the regenerated silk fibroin film and dissolving in a solvent to form a silk spinning solution; (g) adding graphene suspension and 10-20 parts low molecular weight chitosan to the silk spinning solution, uniformly stirring to form a uniform and stable spinning solution, and obtaining the regenerated silk fiber by electrospinning; (h) depositing the modified graphene suspension onto the surface of the regenerated silk fiber by high-pressure electrostatic atomization, and then heating and curing under the protection of an inert gas to obtain a graphite-modified silk fiber; and (i) obtaining the body of the underwear by using the obtained silk fiber according to the existing steps.
