NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/carbon nanotube reinforced and toughened carbon fiber composite material involves: (1) dissolving destruction agent (A1) in strong acid (A2), then adding graphite powder under evenly stirring, dripping oxidizing agent (A3) under stirring, leaving still the reaction mixture at room temperature to obtain expanded graphene aggregate, washing to neutral, and drying to prepare three-dimensional graphene floc; and (2) dissolving destruction agent (B1) in strong acid (B2), and then adding carbon nanotubes under evenly stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/carbon nanotube reinforced and toughened carbon fiber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/carbon nanotube reinforced and toughened carbon fiber composite material with excellent electric and heat conduction, intensity, modulus, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, and can improve tensile strength, bending strength and interfacial shear strength and processability of carbon fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene/carbon nanotube reinforced and toughened carbon fiber composite material involves: (1) dissolving destruction agent (A1) in strong acid (A2), then adding graphite powder under evenly stirring, dripping oxidizing agent (A3) under stirring, leaving still the reaction mixture at room temperature after completion of dripping to obtain expanded graphene aggregate, washing to neutral, and drying to prepare three-dimensional graphene floc; (2) dissolving destruction agent (B1) in strong acid (B2), then adding carbon nanotubes under evenly stirring, dripping oxidizing agent (B3) under stirring, leaving still the reaction mixture at room temperature after completion of dripping to obtain acid-modified carbon nanotubes, washing to neutral, and drying to prepare surface modified carbon nanotubes; (3) uniformly mixing three-dimensional graphene floc prepared in step (1), surface modified carbon nanotubes prepared in step (2), resin solution and dispersant at high-speed, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain homogeneous graphene/modified carbon nanotube sizing agent; and (4) impregnating pre-treated carbon fibers with graphene/modified carbon nanotube sizing agent prepared in step (3), and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing carbon nanotube reinforced and toughened carbon fiber composite material, which involves: (a) preparing surface-modified carbon nanotubes by repeating step (2) as per above se; (b) uniformly mixing surface-modified carbon nanotubes prepared in step (a), resin solution and dispersant at high-speed, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain homogeneous modified carbon nanotube sizing agent; and (c) impregnating pre-treated carbon fibers with modified carbon nanotube sizing agent prepared in step (b), and drying to obtain product, where the strong acid (B2) is sulfuric acid, the destruction agent (B1) is ammonium persulfate, and the oxidizing agent is hydrogen peroxide.
