NOVELTY - A carbon nanotube paste comprises carbon nanotubes, an admixture containing graphene for mixing and dispersing the carbon nanotubes, and an organic binder for bonding a mixture of the carbon nanotubes and the admixture to an adherend. USE - Paste is used for manufacturing carbon nanotube emitter (claimed) for display e.g. liquid crystal display, plasma display panel, and electric field emission display. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanotube paste provides carbon nanotube emitter with stable emission property, reduced electrical stress, and suppressed electric field screening effect between residual carbon nanotubes, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of carbon nanotube paste, which involves crushing (S12) admixture, mixing admixture with carbon nanotubes, preparing (S14) mixture, and dispersing (S16) organic binder in the mixture; and (2) manufacture of carbon nanotube emitter, which involves printing carbon nanotube paste on a negative electrode, sintering the carbon nanotube paste, and removing excess graphene and carbon nanotubes adhered to the electrode using surface processing device having roller.
