NOVELTY - A dispersant composition comprises an acrylic polymer (A) containing a carbonyl group-containing structural unit (a) (II), an amine compound (B) (I), and an organic solvent (C). USE - Dispersant composition is used for forming carbon material-based conductive material slurry used as paste for manufacturing coating film (all claimed) for positive electrode of electrical storage device e.g. battery for electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The dispersant composition provides carbon material-based conductive material slurry with excellent handleability and low viscosity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A dispersant composition comprises an acrylic polymer (A) containing a carbonyl group-containing structural unit (a) of formula (II), an amine compound (B) of formula (I), and an organic solvent (C). R1 = group of formula (i); R2 = H, 1-4C alkyl, or -CH2CH2-OH; R3-R6 = H, methyl, or -CH2OH; R7-R8 = H, methyl, or ethyl; R10 = 1-30C hydrocarbyl;and X1 = oxygen or -NH-. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for carbon material-based conductive material slurry, which comprises a carbon material-based conductive material (D) and the dispersant composition.
