▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure has a graphene array arranged close to a side of an incident direction and a single layer close to a side of an emitting direction. The graphene array is provided with multiple single-layer graphene and a first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer and the single-layer graphene are arranged at intervals. The thickness of the first dielectric layer is same. Two sides of the graphene array are single-layer graphene. The thickness of a second dielectric layer is greater than thickness of the first dielectric layer. The thickness of the second dielectric layer is detected by threshold value and threshold interval. USE - Graphene array and dielectric layer based composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure can flexibly adjust upper and lower threshold value and threshold interval of the optical bi-stable and tristable through the external gate voltage.
