▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon crystal plate comprises hard plastic plate and coating composition, where coating composition composed of 20-60 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. magnesium, 5-10 pts. wt. lanthanum, 5-15 pts. wt. yttrium and 10-15 pts. wt. silicon carbide, where two surfaces of plate are coated with high temperature resistant insulation. USE - Used as carbon crystal plate. ADVANTAGE - The carbon crystal plate has high pressure and temperature resistant (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon crystal plate comprising (i) ultrasonic cleaning of hard plastic plate using deionized water at 20-60 degrees C for 10 minutes in the chemical vapor deposition furnace, removing the surface residue by argon gas, (ii) placing sample of the deposited graphene in the high-temperature vacuum tube furnace at 170-230 degrees C under pressure of 5-30 Pa to anneal for 2-6 hours, (iii) carrying out depositing process using dual-frequency capacitive coupling plasma discharge technology, trichloromethyl silane as source gas, nitrogen as carrier gas, argon as diluent gas under the temperature of 140-180 degrees C, pressure deposition at 5-60 Pa for 10-60 hours, during depositing process, adjusting the source gas, the carrier gas and the diluting gas, and (iv) taking out the deposited carbon crystal plate, then coating the two surfaces of plate with high temperature resistant insulating layer.
