NOVELTY - Flux-cored electrode for stainless steel welding comprises a flux-cored core (1), a nano-graphene coating (2) and a drug skin (3). The outside of the flux-cored core is from inside to outside a nano-graphene coating and a drug skin are sequentially provided, and the flux-cored welding core is composed of a nickel strip layer and a flux core. The nickel strip layer is made of a continuous nickel strip. On the cross section perpendicular to the axis of the electrode, the nickel strip layer is first bent into three e-shapes with equal diameters that are circumscribed by the nickel strip circle, and then form a circle inscribed with three e-shaped circles and then close to form. USE - The electrode is useful for stainless steel welding. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has strong welding core, stable arc, produces flux-core welding core low resistance heat, high thermal conductivity of the welding core, small volume expansion of the welding core, and good resistance to redness and cracking of the drug skin, has length of the electrode is more than 88% of the length of the coating, improves utilization rate of the electrode, deposits the metal with uniform chemical composition and good comprehensive mechanical properties.
