NOVELTY - Method for preparing the warm-keeping flame-retardant fabric, involves (a) weaving cotton, viscose fibers and modified polylactic acid fibers to obtain fabric blank, (b) adding fabric blank to dye vat, adding dye, soaking and dyeing at 80-90 degrees C for 30-80 minutes, adding fabric to dye-free dye vat, adding antistatic agent and softening agent, soaking at 50-60 degrees C for 30-50 minutes, and drying to obtain fabric semi-finished product, (c) soaping semi-finished product of fabric with soaping agent, and performing hot washing and cold washing until dye for performing floating color cleaning process, performing color fixation treatment, drying and shaping fabric by setting machine to obtain warm-keeping flame-retardant fabric. USE - Method for preparing the warm-keeping flame-retardant fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method modifies cotton fabric, and the modified polylactic acid fiber is added to obtain high-toughness and degradable blended fabric, and the fabric exhibits warmth retention and flame retardant properties.
