NOVELTY - A paper-base graphene-p-type cuprous oxide composite material preparing method involves designing the hydrophobic wax paper base electrode printing pattern by computer software, printing the designed pattern on the chromatographic paper using wax printer, placing the printed chromatographic paper in an oven at 130 degrees C, heating at constant temperature for 50 seconds and melting the wax to form a hydrophobic area. The grapheme is grown in the hydrophilic area of paper base electrode by in situ reduction method to obtain paper-based graphene electrode, which is utilized to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing paper-base graphene-p-type cuprous oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the paper-base graphene-p-type cuprous oxide composite material with large surface area and better conductivity and better electrical conductivity, strong visible light absorption capability and high application value.
