NOVELTY - Anticorrosive, antifouling and anti-static coating comprises component A and component B. The component A includes 52-56 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 5-8 pts. wt. hydrophobic recovery agent, 12-15 pts. wt. xylene, 15-17 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 0.15-0.25 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.25-0.35 pts. wt. leveling agent, 7-8 pts. wt. white slurry, 0.15-0.25 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, and 1-3 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide. The B component includes 45-55 pts. wt. curing agent and 40-50 pts. wt. butyl acetate. USE - Anticorrosive, antifouling and anti-static coating. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion antifouling anti-static coating has excellent hydrophobic restorability, good antistatic effect, strong corrosion characteristics, and simple preparation technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating, comprising (a) (a1) taking xylene and hydrophobic recovery agent, stirring and mixing, adding butyl acetate, continuously stirring, adding wetting dispersant, antifoaming agent and leveling agent in sequence, and stirring; (a2) adding acrylic resin into the solution in step (a1), stirring and dispersing, adding modified graphene oxide, stirring, adding nano-titanium dioxide, and stirring to form a uniform dispersion; and (a3) adding the white slurry and into the dispersion, stirring, adding anti-settling agent, continuously stirring, and filtering to obtain component A; (b) stirring and mixing butyl acetate and curing agent to obtain component B; and (c) uniformly mixing the component A and the component B when in use.
