NOVELTY - Antistatic flexible floor comprises 5-20 wt.% sulfonate-modified graphene, 2-10 wt.% dispersing agent, 5-20 wt.% acrylic emulsion, 20-60 wt.% inorganic filler and 30-70 wt.% quartz sand. USE - Used as antistatic flexible floor. ADVANTAGE - The floor has excellent electrical conductivity, uniform and stable electrical conductivity, excellent antistatic effect, beautiful appearance without blemish, simple preparation process and is suitable for large-scale promotion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic flexible floor comprising (i) adding sulfonic acid-modified graphene into dispersant and mixing to form mixture A, (ii) adding acrylic emulsion into mixture A, and mixing to form mixture B, (iii) adding inorganic fillers and quartz sand into mixture B, and mixing to form slurry, and (iv) coating slurry on the mold to form antistatic flexible floor.
