▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Forming a composition, comprises: performing oxidation of graphene oxide to form holey graphene oxide having defects; and reduction of the holey graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for forming a composition, which is useful in a component such as a field-effect transistor of a device for sensing an analyte (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of energy efficiently forming the composition by effective oxidation of the graphene oxide without creating any environmental impact, thus providing the sensors with high performance and ensuring rapid sensing of biomolecular interactions between immobilized biomolecules and target analyte. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a composition formed by the process comprising performing oxidation of graphene oxide to form defects and/or reduction of the graphene oxide after oxidation; (2) a composition comprising a graphene oxide member comprising holes and formed by oxidation; and (3) a device comprising a component comprising the composition formed by oxidation of graphene oxide.
