NOVELTY - The production method of graphene-based macroscopic component involves (1) carrying out ultrasonic treatment by oxidation of graphene solution, nickel salt and zinc nitrate hexahydrate for 0.5-2 hours, adding 2-methyl imidazole, stirring and preparing mixed solution, (2) preparing graphene hydrogel by heating the mixed solution of step (1) for 0.5-5 hours at 80-120 degrees C, (3) preparing graphene-based macroscopic component after graphene hydrogel in step (2) is lyophilized in an inert atmosphere, impregnating with acid, washing and drying. USE - Production of graphene-based macroscopic component used for super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of graphene-based macroscopic component with high conductivity and improved recycling rate by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The production method of graphene-based macroscopic component involves (1) carrying out ultrasonic treatment by oxidation of graphene solution, nickel salt and zinc nitrate hexahydrate for 0.5-2 hours, adding 2-methyl imidazole, stirring and preparing mixed solution, (2) preparing graphene hydrogel by heating the mixed solution of step (1) for 0.5-5 hours at 80-120 degrees C, (3) preparing graphene-based macroscopic component after graphene hydrogel in step (2) is lyophilized in an inert atmosphere at 650-1000 degrees C for 1-5 hours, impregnating with 0.01-0.1 mol/l acid for 1-10 hours, washing and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of graphite alkenyl macroscopic component for preparation of super capacitor.
