▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene involves (i) mechanically stirring sodium salt, dissolving in deionized water, adding a layered crystalline graphite material, and ultrasonically processing, (ii) stripping graphite with a spray device, feeding graphite slurry into tip section of corona device with a charging device to form tiny mist droplets, where the mist slurry particles are corona, distributing negative charge on the surface of graphite particles, electrostatically splitting micro-mist droplets into a single graphite particles. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene with high yield, and excellent electrical performance and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene involves (i) mechanically stirring sodium salt, dissolving in deionized water, adding a layered crystalline graphite material, and ultrasonically processing with an ultrasonic device, where the layered crystalline graphite material comprises carbon and sodium salt in a ratio of 1:0.05-0.5, (ii) stripping graphite with a spray device at 2-6 MPa and 5-0 kV, feeding graphite slurry into tip section of corona device with a charging device to form tiny mist droplets, where the mist slurry particles are corona, distributing negative charge on the surface of graphite particles, electrostatically splitting micro-mist droplets into a single graphite particles, exceeding the interlayer gap of the graphite particles based on electrostatic repulsion between the charges to obtain expandable graphite particles, accelerating the flow of the medium with an electrostatic accelerator at 0.5-0.9 MeV, and stripping graphite into graphene, (iii) washing the graphene mixture, separating the graphene mixture with a solvent, and washing with deionized water for 3-6 times.
