▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/binary metal oxide nanocomposite prepared by mixing or coupling nano-sized binary metal oxide with graphene, is claimed. USE - The nanocomposite is useful in electrode for super capacitors (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite exhibits low resistance and high conductivity, has high electrostatic capacity by synergistic effect of the oxidation-reduction reaction of the binary metal oxides and graphene electrical double layer and is suitable for power source with high-energy density super capacitors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing graphene/binary metal oxides nanocomposite, comprising (a) preparing graphene dispersed turbid solution by adding graphene in distilled water and then ultrasonically treating, (b) dissolving transition metal salts in the turbid solution, (c) adding ethylenediamine to the solution obtained in step (b), (d) adjusting the pH of the turbid solution to 9-12 by adding aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to precipitate binary metal hydroxide on graphene surface, and (e) centrifuging the turbid solution to take out the solid materials, then washing and calcinating; (2) producing electrode comprising (i) mixing binder with graphene/binary metal oxides nanocomposite, (ii) preparing slurry by drying the mixture at greater than or equal to 100 degrees C for 10-36 hours, (c) adding alcohol to the obtained slurry and kneading, and (d) producing kneaded electrode; and (3) super capacitors comprising electrode impregnated with electrolyte.
