▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The optic-fiber (102) has a silica optic fiber. A tubular layer of graphene is provided surrounding a length of the optic fiber, and is deposited on the optic fiber through a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process. The tubular layer of graphene is provided with multiple layers of graphene. The silica optic fiber has first end surface being covered with a first graphene sheet deposited through the CVD process. The silica cladding is provided surrounding the silica optic fiber, and the tubular layer of graphene is provided surrounding the silica cladding. USE - Graphene coated optic-fiber of fiber optic cable used for modern data communication. ADVANTAGE - Since the tubular layer of graphene is provided surrounding the length of the optic fiber, and is deposited on the optic fiber through the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process, the signal-reducing damage to the core end-surfaces of cables are prevented in order to prevent unwanted reflective signals and signals of reduced strength as signal crosses the junction between cores of cables effectively. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an isometric view of the fiber optic cable connector having the graphene sheet covering the end of the fiber optic cable.
