NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-chitosan-acetylcholinesterasemodified glassy carbon electrode biosensor comprises a glassy carbon electrode surface, graphene oxide modified on the glassy carbon electrode surface with mixed film containing acetylcholinesterase. USE - Graphene oxide-chitosan-acetylcholinesterasemodified glassy carbon electrode biosensor for detecting organophosphorus pesticides such as carbaryl and dipterex (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor is prepared in a simple and easy manner with high detection sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene oxide-chitosan-acetylcholinesterasemodified glassy carbon electrode biosensor.
