NOVELTY - Hot melt adhesive film capable of blocking ultraviolet radiation, comprises 60-80 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate main resin, 3-8 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, 10-20 pts. wt. hindered amine light stabilizer, 1-5 pts. wt. heat radiating agent, 10-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-8 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. auxiliary heat stabilizer, 3-10 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.1-1 pts. wt. initiator and 0.01-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the melt index of the EVA main resin is 200-300 g/10 minute. USE - Used as hot melt adhesive film capable of blocking ultraviolet radiation. ADVANTAGE - The hot melt adhesive film is added with ultraviolet absorbent which absorbs ultraviolet and hindered amine light stabilizer which decomposes hydrogen peroxide, quenches radical oxygen and captures free radical, improves the aging resistance of the film; and utilizes heat radiating agent which separates the heat at the surface or fast dispersing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing hot melt adhesive film, comprising (i) adding EVA main resin, silane coupling agent, cosolvent, initiator, antioxidant and tackifier into a high speed mixer, stirring and mixing at high speed, stirring and adding ultraviolet absorbent, hindered amine light stabilizer, heat radiating agent and auxiliary heat stabilizer, and mixing uniformly to obtain the mixed material, and (ii) placing the mixed material into a screw extruder to melt and extrude, cooling, drawing and rolling.
