NOVELTY - Micro-needle patch comprises graphene oxide adsorbing cobalt ions dispersed in back lining. A micro-needle is set on the back lining and the hydrogen-releasing nano-particles dispersed in the micro-needle, where the nano-hydrogen-releasing particles are mesoporous silicon dioxide nano-particles loaded with hydrogen pre-medicine ammonia borane. USE - Micro-needle patch is useful for promoting diabetic wound healing. ADVANTAGE - Micro-needle patch has excellent photo-thermal antibacterial effect, effectively inhibits the wound bacterial infection, and promots the healing of the diabetes wound. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the micro-needle patch, comprising (i) loading the ammonia borane into the mesoporous silicon dioxide, and preparing nano hydrogen releasing particles, (ii) uniformly dispersing the nano hydrogen releasing particles in the polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution to obtain the micro- needle preparation solution, (iii) oxidizing graphene cobalt ion to obtain graphene oxide-cobalt ion (GO-Co2+), (iv) uniformly dispersing the GO-Co2+ in the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to obtain the backing preparation liquid, and (v) pouring the polydimethylsiloxane on the micro-needle male mold for preparing micro-needle female mold, injecting micro-needle preparation liquid and backing preparation liquid into the polydimethylsiloxane female mold, drying and demolding.
