NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-entropy alloy composite powder, involves (a) performing primary mechanical ball milling process on graphene, carbon nanotubes and grinding balls to obtain grinding ball with graphene and carbon nanotubes attached to surface, uniformly mixing and reacting metal salt precursor and grinding ball with graphene and carbon nanotubes attached to surface, and preparing grinding ball with nano-metal particles, graphene and carbon nanotubes attached to surface, performing secondary mechanical ball milling process by attaching surface with nano-metal particles, mechanically ball-milling grinding balls of graphene and carbon nanotubes with high-entropy alloy, and preparing composite powders of nano-metal particles, graphene, carbon nanotubes and high-entropy alloys. USE - The method is used for preparing high-entropy alloy composite powder, which is used in laser melting deposition technology and selective laser melting metal 3-dimensional printing technology (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of agglomeration of graphene, carbon nanotubes and nano-metal particles, refines crystal grains, and improves the grain boundary structure and mechanical properties of high-entropy alloy.
