▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide reduction-silicon metal particle complex formed through light irradiation, comprises preparing graphene-silicon metal particles powder having core-shell structure and irradiating the graphene-silicon metal particles powder with light to obtain recrystallized graphene oxide reduction-silicon metal particle complex. USE - The graphene oxide reduction-silicon metal particle complex is useful in secondary battery electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide reduction-silicon metal particle complex restores electrical conductivity performance by irradiating light having high energy to instantaneously reduce and recrystallize graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for secondary battery electrode comprising current collector and active material formed on one surface of current collector and, recrystallizing by irradiating graphene-silicon metal particle powder having core-shell structure with light to obtain graphene oxide reduction-silicon metal particle composite.
