▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophobic graphene aerogel, comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphene oxide, deionized water, organic solvent, and cross-linking agent, stirring fo, and ultrasonically treating to obtain uniform mixed dispersion, (ii) adjusting pH of mixed dispersion, transferring to hydrothermal reactor, reacting, and cooling to obtain graphene hydrogel, (iii) adding silane coupling agent solution into hydrothermal reaction kettle, completely immersing graphene hydrogel, placing inner bladder of hydrothermal reactor on circular shaker, and mixing to obtain graphene hydrogel uniformly infiltrated with silane coupling agent, closing hydrothermal reactor, and continue reacting to obtain graphene hydrogel hydrophobically modified by silane coupling agent, and (iv) pouring out graphene hydrogel hydrophobically modified with silane coupling agent, then conventionally drying, placing obtained graphene aerogel in microwave reactor, heat treating, and performing rapid annealing treatment. USE - The hydrophobic graphene aerogel is useful for adsorption of volatile organic compounds in air and separation of oil and water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aerogel: has no heavy metals and organic pollutants, high structural strength and superhydrophobicity; and can withstand more than one hundred times its own mass. The method: has clear synthesis process, short synthesis time and low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing hydrophobic graphene aerogel, comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide, deionized water, organic solvent, and cross-linking agent at room temperature, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and ultrasonically treating for more than 30 minutes to obtain uniform mixed dispersion, (ii) adjusting the pH of mixed dispersion to 8-10 with sodium hydroxide solution, then transferring to hydrothermal reactor, placing at 120-140 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene hydrogel, (iii) adding silane coupling agent solution into hydrothermal reaction kettle, then completely immersing graphene hydrogel, placing inner bladder of hydrothermal reactor on circular shaker, and mixing at speed of 150-200 revolutions/minute for 3-6 hours to obtain graphene hydrogel uniformly infiltrated with silane coupling agent, closing the hydrothermal reactor, and continue reacting at 60-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain graphene hydrogel hydrophobically modified by silane coupling agent, and (iv) pouring out graphene hydrogel hydrophobically modified with silane coupling agent, then conventionally drying to obtain graphene aerogel, placing graphene aerogel in microwave reactor with power of 300-600 W, heat treating in air or nitrogen atmosphere for 30-180 seconds, and performing rapid annealing treatment to obtain final product.
