NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene radiating coating, comprises 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 7-9 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.6-1 pts. wt. heat conducting powder, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.5-2 pts. wt. flatting agent and 20-30 pts. wt. water in which modified graphene is prepared by (i) dissolving certain amount of 4-amino methyl benzoic acid in dilute hydrochloric acid solution to obtain modified solution with mass concentration of 12 g/l, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide in dilute hydrochloric acid solution to obtain suspension, then adding modified solution, heating to 90 ℃, refluxing and reacting for 18-20 hours, and (iii) after the reaction is completed, filtering while hot under the action of ultrasound, rinsing the filter cake with dilute hydrochloric acid solution for 5 minutes, filtering, then repeatedly washing with dilute hydrochloric acid solution and ethanol for 3-4 times, and drying the filter cake. USE - Used as an aqueous graphene radiating coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene radiating coating improves mechanical properties, and improves the heat conducting and radiating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous graphene radiating coating, comprising (i) adding aqueous epoxy resin, aqueous polyurethane, modified graphene and half amount of water in reaction tank, raising the temperature to 60 ℃ and ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes, and (ii) after cooling to room temperature, adding dispersant, flatting agent and heat conducting powder, dispersing in sand mill at a rotating speed of 1200 revolution per minute for 1 hour, then adding remaining water, grinding and dispersing again at a rotating speed of 1000 revolution per minute and sieving to obtain final product.
