NOVELTY - A polar side group-containing vinyl polymer nanocomposite comprises 0.1-20 %mass layered silicate, modified layered silicate and/or graphene-based substance and 0.01-1.8 wt.% organic phenol compound and/or organic amine compound with respect to 100 %mass vinyl polymer containing polar side groups. USE - Polar side group-containing vinyl polymer nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The polar side group-containing vinyl polymer nanocomposite has excellent thermal stability and resistance to high-temperature discoloration, and improved barrier property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polar side group-containing vinyl polymer nanocomposite.
