▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite film doped with graphene oxide quantum dot comprises chitosan, sodium alginate, and graphene oxide quantum dots. USE - The composite film doped with graphene oxide quantum dot is useful in water separation, adsorption filtration, medical dressings and other biomedical fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite film doped with graphene oxide quantum dot has good hydrophilicity, mechanical properties, good biocompatibility, and simple preparation procedure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite film doped with graphene oxide quantum dot comprising (i) adding 0.01-0.05 g graphene oxide quantum dots to 50 ml deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic vibration treatment at 200 Watt (W) for 2 hours, to obtain oxidized graphene quantum dot dispersion liquid; (ii) adding 0.4-0.8 g sodium alginate to step (i) oxidized graphene quantum dot dispersion liquid, and carrying out magnetic stirring treatment; (iii) adding 0.1-0.8 g chitosan to acetic acid solution having a pH of 1.4-2, carrying out magnetic stirring at room temperature, to obtain homogeneous chitosan solution; (iv) dropwise adding step (ii) obtained solution to step (iii) obtained chitosan solution, carrying out magnetic stirring at room temperature, to obtain mixed sol; (v) uniformly mixing step (iv) obtained mixed sol, degassing for 1 day, transferring into 20x 10x 0.5 cm plastic template, allowing to stand at room temperature; and (vi) soaking the template in calcium chloride solution for carrying out crosslinking treatment, washing 3 times, and drying naturally.
