▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing multi-core-shell coaxial structure functional device involves connecting multi-layer nested coaxial nozzle with positive ink, electrolyte ink and cathode ink interface. The pseudo-capacitor material vanadium pentoxide and vanadium nitride powder are added to solvent with conductive material, mechanical stirring, ultrasonic treatment and vacuum drying to obtain anode ink and cathode ink. The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) powder and potassium hydroxide (KOH) are added into deionized water, and stirred uniformly to obtain gel electrolyte ink. The three-dimensional multi-ink direct-write printing process and defining feeding rate are used, uniformly extruded to obtain fibrous coaxial multi-core-shell material, soaked in coagulation bath to remove solvent, washed with ethanol and water, and dried at room temperature for 24 hours. USE - Method for preparing multi-core-shell coaxial structure functional device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have excellent performance of energy storage device structure, ensures gel electrolyte and electrode material fully contact, and shortens transmission distance of electron between electrodes.
