NOVELTY - Preparing graphene loaded with nano silver involves stirring and dispersing graphene powder in solvent to obtain dispersion liquid A. The first metal organic substance is added, stirred, and adsorbed to the surface of graphene to obtain component A. The first metal organic substance is represented by linear formula. The second metal organic substance to the solvent, stirred and heated to dissolve to prepare the metal organic substance solution. The silver nanoparticle powder is added to ethanol, and then ultrasound, centrifuged the mixture to obtain wet micro-nano silver powder. The wet micro-nano silver powder is added to the metal organic solution, stirred and dispersed and sand milled to obtain component B. The second metal organic is represented by linear formula. The component A and component B are mixed, stirred to obtain the modified graphene dispersion. USE - Method for preparing graphene loaded with nano silver. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene loaded with nano silver that has stable PTC effect, and improves the compatibility and dispersibility of nano silver with graphene through first metal organic substance and second metal organic substance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene loaded with nano silver involves stirring and dispersing graphene powder in solvent to obtain dispersion liquid A. The first metal organic substance is added, stirred, and adsorbed to the surface of graphene to obtain component A. The first metal organic substance is M2-X3-R2-X4. The second metal organic substance to the solvent, stirred and heated to dissolve to prepare the metal organic substance solution. The silver nanoparticle powder is added to ethanol, and then ultrasound, centrifuged the mixture to obtain wet micro-nano silver powder. The wet micro-nano silver powder is added to the metal organic solution, stirred and dispersed and sand milled to obtain component B. The second metal organic is M1-X1-R1-X2. The component A and component B are mixed, stirred to obtain the modified graphene dispersion. The modified graphene dispersion is added into the nano sand mill, sand milled, separated by precipitation to obtain graphene loaded with nano silver, where M2 is metal ion, X3 is functional group connecting metal ions, R2 is alkyl group, X4 is aromatic hydrocarbon or derivative, M1 is metal ion, X1 is functional group connecting metal ions, R1 is alkyl group, X2 is -COOH, -SH, amino, propylene glycol ether chain and polyvinylpyrrolidone chain. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a graphene PTC slurry, which comprises paraffin, host resin, slurry solvent and graphene loaded with nano silver, crystallized paraffin, and graphene loaded with nano silver is modified graphene; and (2) a method for preparing graphene PTC slurry, which involves dispersing graphene loaded with nano-silver particles in the slurry solvent to prepare dispersion C; (3) adding paraffin to dispersion C, cooling to crystallize the paraffin, and precipitate graphene from dispersion to obtain graphene adsorbed with paraffin and loaded with nano-silver particles, dissolving main body resin by slurry solvent, adding to graphene, mixing to obtain main body of the graphene PTC slurry, adding curing agent to main body of the graphene PTC slurry, stirring uniformly, applying to the surface of the substrate; and (4) heating to cure to prepare conductive coating.
