▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene, involves taking expandable graphite, performing microwave radiation treatment to obtain expanded graphite, adding expanded graphite to aqueous solution of anionic surfactant and/or quaternary ammonium salt to obtain mixed solution, performing ultrasonic treatment on mixed solution to obtain graphene suspension, and removing liquid in graphene suspension to obtain graphene product. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene product used for preparing graphene dispersion slurry useful in coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively prepares low-defect and few-layer graphene, and the obtained graphene dispersion slurry has extraordinary stability, and ensures almost no precipitation. The coating has excellent properties, such as static electricity and heat conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a graphene prodct prepared by above-mentioned method; (2) a method for preparing the graphene dispersion slurry, involving uniformly mixing above-mentioned 5-15 pts. wt. graphene product, 70-90 pts. wt. water and 5-15 pts. wt. cosolvent, adding neutralizer for adjusting the pH value to 7-9, adding dispersant, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion slurry; (3) a graphene dispersion slurry prepared by above-mentioned method; and (4) a coating comprising above-mentioned graphene dispersion slurry.
