NOVELTY - Manufacture of scratch resistant graphene polarizer comprises cleaning polyvinyl alcohol film, soaking in dyeing liquid, and dyeing; processing in extension liquid; processing with correction liquid; ultrasonically dispersing in 0.1-10 ppm graphene dispersion at 20-40 degrees C for 10-300 seconds; sectional drying at 30-80 degrees C; uniformly coating hardened resin to the surface of the graphene adsorption layer and curing; and preparing release film layer on the hardened resin layer. USE - Method for manufacturing scratch resistant graphene polarizer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene polarizer avoids external rub damage by foreign objects and has maintained integrity, high conductivity, low moisture permeability, and improved strength and weather resistance.
