▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of far-infrared polyester fiber involves adding graphene to ethylene glycol, subjecting to alternate treatments of shearing, stirring, and ultrasonic dispersion to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene slurry, adding graphene slurry, terephthalic acid and polymerization catalyst into reactor, beating, esterifying, polycondensing, discharging, slicing under water to obtain graphene modified polyester chips, extruding graphene modified polyester chips using melt spinning process, spinning, and stretching. USE - Preparation of far-infrared polyester fiber for textile applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides polyester fiber with excellent antistatic property, low-temperature far-infrared property, and mechanical property.
