▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Modular block (10c) comprises top and bottom sides (12, 14), front face (24) and back face, a first end (18), and a second end (16), a first horizontal channel recessed in the top side and extending between first end and a central point proximal to the second end of the modular block on the top side, second horizontal channel recessed in the bottom side and extending between the first end and central point proximal to the second end of the modular block on bottom side, at least one vertical bore extending through the modular block from top side to bottom side and a male connection element positioned on either or both of the first end and second end, the male connection element extending the first and second horizontal channels and configured for attachment to a female connection element of another modular block, where first horizontal channel of a first modular block is configured for connection with second horizontal channel of second modular block and forms horizontal bore. USE - Modular block used in a modular panel of an interlocking system for construction of a stable structure (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modular block facilitates the construction of cost-effective building structures while at the same time providing a wide variety of design choices for consumers. The structures created from these blocks and modular panels provide shelter and protection for building occupants, contribute to structural strength of the building as a whole, and facilitate the integration of auxiliary systems (e.g., electrical or plumbing systems). Exemplary structures formed using the modular blocks and modular panels include walls, floors, foundations, ceilings, and roofs of buildings. The modular blocks and modular panels are intended for use in driveways, walkways, and pavers, it may be desirable for the composite construction materials forming these components to be moisture or water pervious to avoid water pooling on these surfaces during inclement weather. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a modular panel for construction of a stable structure, which comprises top and bottom ends defining a modular panel length, front and back faces, and first and second sides defining a modular panel width, at least one vertical bore extending through the modular panel from the top end to the bottom end, and a male connection element positioned on either or both of the first side and the second side, the male connection element configured for attachment to a female connection element of another modular panel; 2. an interlocking system of modular units engageable to form vertically and horizontally stable assemblies, the modular units comprise multiple of modular blocks each comprising: top and bottom sides, front and back faces, a first end, and a second end, a first horizontal channel recessed in the top side and extending between the first end and a central point proximal to the second end of the modular block on the top side, a second horizontal channel recessed in the bottom side and extending between the first end and the central point proximal to the second end of the modular block on the bottom side , at least one vertical bore extending through the modular block from the top side to the bottom side thereof, and a male connection element positioned on either or both of the first end and the second end, the male connection element extending the first and second horizontal channels and configured for attachment to a female connection element of another modular block, where the first horizontal channel of a first modular block is configured for connection with the second horizontal channel of a second modular block and forms a horizontal bore and multiple of modular panels comprising: top and bottom ends defining a modular panel length, front and back faces, and first and second sides defining a modular panel width, at least one vertical bore extending through the modular panel from the top end to the bottom end thereof, and a male connection element positioned on either or both of the first side and the second side, the male connection element configured for attachment to a female connection element of another modular panel, wherein the plurality of the modular blocks and modular panels are engageable to form any of an interior wall, a floor, a ceiling, an exterior wall, or a roof; and 3. a residential or commercial building formed in portion using the interlocking system of modular units. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic front face view of a modular block. 10cModular block 12, 14Top and bottom sides 16Second end 18First end 24Front face
