NOVELTY - High-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material comprises a base material layer and a self-adhesive film layer solidified and embedded on the base material layer. The base material layer is spun-bonded by the filament fiber. The raw material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, 10-15 pts. wt. styrene butadiene styrene resin, 5-10 pts. wt. styrene butadiene styrene resin, 5-8 pts. wt. ethylene vinyl acetate resin, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 5-8 pts. wt. stearate, 3-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. wetting agent. USE - Used as high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent mechanical property and anti-warping ability and is not easy to cause aging, illumination, low temperature, rain and snow. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material comprising (a) preparation of base material layer: firstly melting the raw material of the filament fiber net and spraying it into silk and paving the spun-bonded filament fiber net with thickness of 1-2 mm and spinning density 420-680 g/m2the net forming machine, finally carrying out spunlace treatment to the base material layer, (b) preparation of self-adhesive film liquid: mixing the self-adhesive film layer of each preparation raw material at 140-180℃ to sol gel to obtain the self-adhesive film liquid, which is stored at a constant temperature for later use, (a1) soaking the pre-processed substrate layer in the self-adhesive film liquid, fully soaking after the self-adhesive film liquid in the base material layer, taking out and shaping to obtain the crude coiled material and (a2) coating the self-adhesive film liquid on the rough coiled material for repairing and hot-pressing, adhering, solidifying and cutting to finish the solidifying and embedding of the self-adhesive film layer to obtain the high-molecular self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material.
