NOVELTY - Preparing oxidized graphene particle involves stirring 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and graphene oxide in N-hydroxyl succinimide at 35-40 degrees C on water bath in absence of light. The 1-5% polyethylene imine solution is dripped and stirred in obtained mixture continuously at 35-40 degrees C on water bath in absence of light for 10-20 hours. The obtained mixture is dialysed in dialysis bag, and then freeze-dried to obtain polyethylene imine modified graphene oxide particles. The hyaluronic acid solution is mixed with 11-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing oxidized graphene particle used in targeted drug delivery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare oxidized graphene particle that ensures high yield, 34% medicine carrying rate, stable appearance and layered structure. The polyethylene imine modified graphene oxide particles are dispersed in water at 35-40 degrees C. The obtained dispersion is dripped and stirred in activated hyaluronic acid at 35-40 degrees C water bath. The reaction mixture is kept in dialysis bag, and then freeze-dried to obtain product.
