NOVELTY - Composite nano material comprises 40-70 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 5-12 pts. wt. modifier, 15-20 pts. wt. polyurethane compound, 2-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-12 pts. wt. modified micapowder and 5-15 pts. wt. filler. The modified mica powder is obtained by modifying the compound action of graphene and chitosan. USE - The material is useful for building material. ADVANTAGE - The material enhances the mechanical properties of polypropylene resin and polyurethane compounds, can coat graphene together on the outside of mica powder, and the graphene is grafted to mica and the mechanical properties of mica are increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite nano material, comprising taking each component, heating the polypropylene resin and the polyurethane compound to melt, mixing to obtain the molten mixture, mixing the dispersant and the modified agent with the modified mica powder, adding the filler together to the molten mixture, and cooling.
