NOVELTY - The present invention discloses Tunable Graphene-like crystal element having wider band gaps, which includes multiple main lattices in rectangular array formed by piezoelectric material. Each lattice is formed by distributing multiple bonding rods and multiple bonding circles in interlace, so that the arrayed lattices can be a graphene-like crystal structure having large band gap effects without transmission of flexible wave in the gap when acoustic wave transmitted, and can be applied for tunable wave filtering elements and oscillators.
