NOVELTY - Non-conductive particle electromagnetic wave protective film comprises protective film includes carrier film (1), which is coated with a protective layer (2) coated with a shielding layer (3) and coated with a pure glue layer (4). A rubber surface protective film (5) is pressed on the pure glue layer. The protective layer comprises 20-30 pts. wt. first rubber, 30-40 pts. wt. first epoxy resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. toner, 0.5-2 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 30-40 pts. wt. first curing agent. USE - The film is useful for flexible printed circuit (FPC). ADVANTAGE - The film: has good folding resistance, high bonding strength, good shielding effect, and has good folding resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the non-conductive particle electromagnetic wave protective film comprising (a) removing oil and foreign matter on the surface of carrier film, (b) coating the protective layer on the surface of carrier film with a thickness of 1-2 mu m, and curing the protective layer by drying in an oven, where the temperature of the oven is 60-120 degrees C, (c) forming roughened base layer on the protective layer by sandblasting, plating metal ions to the protective layer by one of electroless plating, electroplating, magnetron sputtering, vacuum plating, and evaporation plating, and forming shielding layer on protective layer, (d) coating the pure adhesive layer on the shielding layer having thickness of 2-5 mu m, and drying the pure adhesive layer in an oven, where the temperature of the oven is 60-120 degrees C, and (e) thermally bonding layer of rubber surface protective film on pure rubber layer.
