NOVELTY - An active calcium carbonate comprises 65-75 pts. wt., preferably 70 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 20-36 pts. wt., preferably 29 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 6-15 pts. wt., preferably 12 pts. wt. triethyl citrate, 11-18 pts. wt., preferably 14 pts. wt. grass ash, 2-13 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-9 pts. wt., preferably 4 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-8 pts. wt., preferably 6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-6 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 7-15 pts. wt., preferably 11 pts. wt. activator. USE - Active calcium carbonate. ADVANTAGE - The active calcium carbonate is economical, simple and suitable for industrial production, and has excellent compatibility, excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance and excellent reinforcing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of active calcium carbonate, which involves (1) crushing calcium carbonate and mixing the grass ash, putting in a high speed mixer, stirring, heating, stop heating and adding silane coupling agent, when the temperature inside the mixer is 80 degrees C, continuously stirring for 30 minutes, heating at 110 degrees C, adding triethyl citrate and glass fiber, stirring for 10 minutes, cooling to room temperature to obtain modified calcium carbonate, (2) heating epoxy resin at 75 degrees C, adding graphene and stearic acid, heat-preserving for 1 hour, adding modified calcium carbonate, cooling to 60 degrees C, adding activator and warming for 1 hour.
