▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Resin-based composite material with high thermal conductivity comprises 50-70 pts. wt. resin substrate, 15-30 pts. wt. thermally conductive masterbatch, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant (A), 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. lubricant (A), 5-20 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber and 2-10 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - As resin-based composite material with high thermal conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The resin-based composite material with high thermal conductivity has excellent lubricating and dispersing effect in the system, and prevents the thermally conductive filler from agglomerating and not forming a thermally conductive network, so as to achieve a lower dosage of thermally conductive filler, which maintains high thermal conductivity and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the resin-based composite material with high thermal conductivity, which involves (I) taking resin base material, thermal conductive masterbatch, antioxidant (A), lubricant (A), toughening agent and reinforcing fiber, (ii) mixing the resin base material, thermally conductive masterbatch, antioxidant (A), lubricant (A) and toughening agent for 10-30 minutes to obtain a premix, and (iii) extruding and pelletizing the premix by a twin-screw extruder, and adding the reinforcing fibers through a side feed through a weight loss scale to obtain the resin-based composite material with high thermal conductivity.
