▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A membrane electrode electrocatalyst is prepared by adding polyol in graphene oxide powder and dispersing to obtain oxidized graphite solution, taking chloroplatinic acid aqueous solution in the polyol to obtain chloroplatinic acid alcohol solution. The oxidized graphite solution is mixed with chloroplatinic acid alcohol solution. The mixed solution is added with alkaline solution, heated, cooled and filtered. The filtrate is washed with organic solvent and deionized water, dried to obtain graphene oxide as carrier and platinum as active ingredient of platinum/graphene electrocatalyst. USE - Membrane electrode electrocatalyst for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The membrane electrode electrocatalyst has small particle size, high dispersing capacity, high catalytic activity and increased utilization rate of the electrocatalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A membrane electrode electrocatalyst is prepared by adding polyol in graphene oxide powder at a mass volume ratio of 1 ml:0.5-1 mg and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oxidized graphite solution, taking 0.05-0.06 mol/l chloroplatinic acid aqueous solution in the polyol to obtain chloroplatinic acid alcohol solution. The oxidized graphite solution is mixed with chloroplatinic acid alcohol solution at a ratio of 390-2000 g:1 mol and dispersed ultrasonically to obtain mixed solution. The mixed solution is added with alkaline solution to adjust the pH value to 8-12, transferred to a microwave reaction kettle under a microwave power of 180-250 W, heated at 80-180 degrees C for 5-25 minutes, cooled and vacuum filtered to obtain filtrate. The filtrate is washed with organic solvent and deionized water until the pH of the filtrate is neutral, dried at 60-90 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide as carrier and platinum as active ingredient of platinum/graphene electrocatalyst.
