NOVELTY - The sensor has an interdigital electrode layer which is divided into an interdigitated area and a planar area. An inlaid graphene elastic substrate layer (2) comprises a graphene pressure sensing layer (23), an elastic adhesion layer (22), and a flexible film layer (21). The graphene pressure sensing layer is embedded on the elastic adhesive layer. The elastic adhesive layer is directly attached to the flexible film layer. The graphene pressure sensing layer is provided in slight contact with the interdigitated region of the interdigital electrode layer. The encapsulation layer covers the inlaid graphene elastic substrate layer and the interdigital finger interdigitated region. USE - Graphene pressure sensor used as pulse sensor and robotic arm for sensing pressure in wearable electronics (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene pressure sensor with high sensitivity, simple structure, simple process, wide sensing pressure range and flexibility is realized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene pressure sensor.
